A concurrent resolution for the amendment of section 3 of article IX of the Constitution of
North Dakota, relating to the deposit of public moneys with the state treasurer by the board
of university and school lands; and to provide an effective date.
STATEMENT OF INTENT
This amendment gives the legislative assembly authority to regulate the handling and deposit
of public moneys by the board of university and school lands and provides that the amendment
will take effect on August 1, 2001.
