Title
A BILL for an Act to create and enact two new subsections to section 54-52-01, a new section to chapter 54-52, and two new sections to chapter 54-52.6 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to participation by peace officers and correctional officers in the defined benefit retirement plan and the defined contribution retirement plan; to amend and reenact subsection 3of section 54-52-01, section 54-52-02.1, subsection 3 of section 54-52-05, subsection 3 of section 54-52-17, section 54-52.6-01, subsection 1 of section 54-52.6-02, and section 54-52.6-03 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to participation by peace officers and correctional officers in the defined benefit retirement plan and the defined contribution retirement plan; and to provide an appropriation.
