A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new subsection to section 57-39.2-04 and a new subsection to section 57-40.2-04 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to a sales and use tax exemption for carbon dioxide used for enhanced recovery of oil or natural gas; to amend and reenact sections 38-08.1-01 and 38-08.1-04.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to definitions and exploration permit requirements to conduct geophysical exploration; and to provide an effective date.
