A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 15-10 and a new subsection to section 54-35-15.2 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to higher education information technology and powers and duties of the information technology committee; and to amend and reenact sections 54-59-05, 54-59-09, and 54-59-11 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the information technology department, information technology standards, and information technology plans.
