A BILL for an Act to create and enact two new subsections to section 57-51.1-03 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to an oil extraction tax exemption or rate reduction for oil produced from certain new horizontal wells; to amend and reenact section 57-51.1-02 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to an oil extraction tax rate reduction for oil produced from certain new horizontal wells; to provide an effective date; and to provide an expiration date.
