A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 47-10 and a new section to chapter 47-32 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the fraudulent sale or lease of residential real property and an alternative remedy to removing an unauthorized individual from residential real property; to amend and reenact section 12.1-22-03 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to criminal trespass; and to provide a penalty.
