2032 § 17 Study the state's business climate through a business climate initiative, including receipt of agency reports regarding economic development legislation introduced by the Legislative Council during previous legislative sessions, participation in business climate focus groups across the state, and participation in a Business Congress held before June 1, 2006, and a Business Congress held before June 1, 2008. The Legislative Council is to contract with a third party to provide professional services to plan, facilitate, report on, and coordinate followup for the focus groups and Business Congresses included within the study.
