1344 § 17 Study the feasibility and desirability of implementing a teacher compensation package that recognizes four levels of teachers from beginning to advanced and which bases the compensation level for each category on the individual teacher's ability to meet or exceed district standards for content knowledge, planning and preparation for instruction, instructional delivery, student assessment, classroom management, and professional responsibility
