A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 47-02 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to foreign ownership of real property near military installations; to amend and reenact sections 11-11-70, 40-05-26, and 47-01-09 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the powers of a board of county commissioners, a board of city commissioners, and a city council regarding development by a foreign country of concern or foreign organization of concern, prohibiting ownership of real property by a foreign country of concern or a foreign organization of concern; and to provide a penalty.

A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new chapter to title 35 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to carbon dioxide pipeline damages.

AN ACT to amend and reenact sections 49-02-26, 49-02-29, and 49-02-31 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to renewable electricity and recycled energy credits; and to repeal section 49-02-30 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to energy from hydroelectric facilities.

AN ACT to create and enact a new section to chapter 24-01 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to designating a portion of state highway 18 as the PFC. Henry Gurke memorial highway; and to provide a continuing appropriation.

AN ACT to create and enact a new section to chapter 61-02 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to a temporary moratorium on conducting an economic analysis for assessment drain projects; to amend and reenact section 61-02-01.3 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to comprehensive water development plans; to provide for a legislative management study; and to provide an expiration date.
